After taking a degree in politics, David trained with Norton Rose, qualifying as a solicitor in 1993. He joined Gisby Harrison in 1998 and became a partner and head of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in 2001.

David specialises in a broad range of commercial litigation but has particular expertise in disputes over street works and in acting for property developers. He regularly lectures and provides in-house training for client companies on litigation topics.

He is a member of FOIL - The Forum of Insurance Lawyers.
