David qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and joined Gisby Harrison as an Associate in July 2005. He is a member of our Commercial Property Team.

David specialises in all aspects of commercial property law, landlord and tenant and small business acquisitions and sales.

David has particular expertise of the licensed trade and acts in connection with the sale, purchase and letting of licensed premises and in connection with liquor licensing generally. David was formerly Director of Legal Services at J D Wetherspoon PLC.
