Duncan qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and joined Gisby Harrison as a Partner and Head of Commercial Property, Development and Funding in 2002.

Duncan has a reputation for co-ordinating complex development deals, innovative funding schemes and resolving complex development and disposal issues. He has acted for bodies as diverse as London Dockland Development Corporation, quoted and private developers, Cambridge Colleges, Everest and other property owning retailers as well as institutional and private investors.

Duncan specialises in development and funding, as well as acting for property investors of all sizes.

He is a renowned self starter and enjoys a close and proactive relationship with his clients.
