Malcolm qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and joined Gisby Harrison as an Associate in 2005 specialising in all aspects of property development.

Malcolm acts for developers, institutional investors and also businesses and individuals. He has particular experience in site assembly, including option agreements and complex development agreements.

Malcolm acts for our developer clients and is a member of the Commercial Property and Development team giving advice on the transactional aspects of property deals and the implications of Stamp Duty Land Tax and VAT.
